Model 1b, Inputs
The inputs of model #1b included a primary afferent AMPA and electrical synapse (Iclamp), an EOCD AMPA synapse, and the same putative, LMI generated IPSP used in model #1a (figure 7 vs. figure 13). The primary afferent AMPA conductance had a reversal potential of 0mV, a maximum conductance of 0.00025m S, and a t -delay of 3ms. The EOCD AMPA synapse was nearly identical, with a reversal potential of 0mV, maximum conductance of 0.000255m S, and a t -delay of 3ms. Amplitude of the primary afferent synapse was decreased from model #1a to 0.00577nA, although the duration of this current injection was unchanged at 3ms.
